Job Overview

The Senior Site Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring that the financial aspects of construction projects are handled efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes, cost management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
  • Monitor and report on project financial performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare tender documents and assist in the tendering process.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets deadlines and budget constraints.
