SR HSE OFFICER Job in UAE at NMDC Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Officer to join our team in the UAE at NMDC Group. This role will involve supporting the HSE Manager for the NMDC project to ensure business excellence in Health, Safety, and Environmental management.

Job Overview

The Senior HSE Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of HSE management. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HSE Manager in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Identify potential hazards and risks, and recommend appropriate control measures.
• Provide training and support to staff on HSE practices and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records.
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Promote a proactive safety culture among all employees.

Eligibility

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and have experience in HSE operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
