Job Overview

The Head Mixologist will be responsible for designing and implementing a diverse cocktail menu, training bar staff, and ensuring that all drinks meet the high standards of our hotel. This role is pivotal in enhancing the overall guest experience through exceptional beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create innovative cocktail recipes that align with the hotel’s brand.
• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring a high level of service and efficiency.
• Train and mentor bar staff on cocktail preparation and service standards.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as necessary to ensure the bar is fully stocked.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure a memorable experience.

Eligibility

The ideal candidate should possess a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of beverage trends. We are looking for someone with a creative flair and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender, with a strong portfolio of cocktail creations.

• Certification in mixology or bartending is preferred.

Experience
