Job Overview

The F&B Service Expert will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring that every dining experience is enjoyable and meets the highest standards. This position requires a proactive approach to guest interaction and service delivery, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues as they arise.

Eligibility

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

Qualifications
