The Butler Service Desk Supervisor is a vital position within the Rooms & Guest Services Operations department, located in Dubai. This role primarily involves overseeing teleoperations and ensuring that all guest calls, requests, questions, and concerns are efficiently managed and processed.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and record all incoming guest calls.
• Process guest requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with appropriate personnel to resolve guest issues and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and guest interactions.
• Supervise and train teleoperators to ensure high standards of service.
• Monitor the performance of the service desk team and provide feedback for improvement.

Eligibility and Qualifications
